Jatinangor, 30 Agustus 2025 - The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran, has reaffirmed its dedication to public well-being through research. In 2024, five studies were conducted with a total funding of IDR 397.29 million.
The research topics range from environmental modification through sanitation and nutrition, prevention of fetal death via fetal movement monitoring, to the development of a parent- and teacher-based sexual violence prevention app in West Java. Other projects include studies on quality of life among international students (Indonesia, Thailand, Palestine) and family empowerment interventions for children with thalassemia.
These research initiatives not only enrich academic knowledge but also generate tangible impacts on society. FKep Unpad hopes this step strengthens the role of higher education institutions in supporting SDG 1 and advancing both national and global sustainable development.
