What is the Guidance and Counseling Service?
The Guidance and Counseling Service is a facility available for all enrolled students at the Faculty of Nursing to help them pass all academic and non-academic challenges they may face during their time as a student.

What is the procedure to get the Guidance and Counseling Service at the Faculty of Nursing?
Before understanding the service procedural flow, you must know the following terms:
TPBK, which stands for Tim Pelaksana Bimbingan dan Konseling (Guidance and Counseling Implementation Team), is an organization formed to coordinate guidance and counseling services for students.
Academic Advisor, are lecturers who have been assigned responsible for you. All of the course contracts you take each semester must be discussed with and approved by your academic advisor. Essentially, your academic advisor will act as your parents in the faculty, and they will be available to discuss any problems you may face.
Generally, you will have to meet your advisor at least three times each semester, meaning at the beginning, middle, and the end of the semester.

Who to contact to get the Guidance and Counseling service:
Academic Advisor
You can meet your advisor for the first time during the New Students Admission orientation. During that time, you may get acquainted and receive academic guidance from your advisor. Don’t forget to ask for the contact information of your advisor.
Faculty TPBK
The Faculty TPBK is established based on the Dean’s Decree. There will be a TPBK representative member you are able to meet in the TPBK room.
