- Organizing an institutional governance system with a RESPECT (Responsible, Excellent, Scientific Rigor, Professional, Encouraging, Creative and Trust) culture that is professional, efficient, accountable, and fair;
- Organizing high quality nursing education programs, based on superior and strong characters, integrated with research and community service in improving the health status and quality of life of the community in a holistic, integrated and sustainable manner;
- Conducting research that is oriented towards outcomes and has an impact on the community in improving the health status and quality of life of the community in a holistic, integrated and sustainable manner;
- Organizing community service as the application of science and technology research results in improving the health status and quality of life of the community in a holistic, integrated and sustainable manner;
