
Jatinangor, 23 September 2025 – The series of visitation activities by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) team at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran (FKep Unpad) entered its second day. Today’s agenda was more intensive, focusing on in-depth review of evidence and direct engagement with various parties within the faculty.
The day began with a meeting between the ACEN team and the leadership of the Faculty of Nursing (Nurse Administrator). In this session, the assessors explored leadership strategies, academic policies, and the faculty’s developmental direction in maintaining the quality of nursing education in alignment with international standards.
Next, the ACEN team held a discussion with the Student Support Services unit. This meeting reviewed various forms of student support, ranging from counseling and academic advising to career development programs designed to ensure that students gain a comprehensive learning experience.

The ACEN team also held a meeting with students. In an open dialogue, students shared their experiences regarding the learning process, campus facilities, and the support provided by the faculty in preparing them for their professional careers.
The second day of the visitation concluded with a review of supporting evidence prepared by the faculty. The various documents examined reflected FKep Unpad’s commitment to ensuring the quality of education, research, and community service.
The series of activities on the second day highlighted the commitment of the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran, to delivering nursing education that is excellent and internationally benchmarked. Through interactions with leadership, support services, faculty members, and students, the faculty reaffirmed its vision as a center of excellence in nursing science and humanistic care, in line with its tagline ‘Excellence in Human Science and Care.
