
Jatinangor, 24 September 2025 – The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) visitation at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran (FKep Unpad) entered its third day. The agenda for today focused on collaboration with clinical partners, in-depth review of academic quality evidence, and public engagement.
The day began with a meeting between the ACEN team and the faculty leadership (Nurse Administrator). The discussion focused on leadership strategies, faculty management, and the direction of educational policies that continue to be developed to support the achievement of international standards.
Next, the ACEN team held an online meeting with representatives from affiliated hospitals as clinical partners. This meeting provided an opportunity for the hospitals to share their experiences in collaborating with FKep Unpad, particularly in student clinical practice and the contributions of graduates in the field.
Setelah itu, tim asesor melanjutkan agenda dengan peninjauan bukti-bukti pendukung (review of evidence). Dokumen yang ditinjau mencakup aspek akademik, administrasi, hingga kerja sama eksternal, yang menjadi pijakan penting dalam penilaian kualitas pendidikan keperawatan di FKep Unpad.
After the lunch break, the activities continued with a Public Meeting attended by the academic community and stakeholders. This open forum served as a platform for students, faculty members, alumni, and partners to directly convey their perspectives to the ACEN team regarding the quality of education and learning experiences at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran.
The third day of the visitation reflected FKep Unpad’s openness and collaboration in delivering nursing education that is relevant to the needs of society and the healthcare sector. Through interactions with leadership, clinical partners, and the public, the faculty reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining global standards of educational quality, in line with its vision of ‘Excellence in Human Science and Care.
