    The Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran (FKep Unpad), as the second oldest nursing education institution in Indonesia, recognizes its responsibility in contributing to health development, particularly in improving healthcare services in Indonesia through the advancement of human resources, nursing science, and technology. Since 2009, FKep Unpad has successfully developed a Master of Nursing Science program with various specializations, which has also been accredited with an “A” rating. Furthermore, FKep Unpad holds great potential to accommodate the aspirations of master’s graduates in nursing who wish to pursue higher education at the doctoral level. Therefore, it is timely for the Faculty of Nursing Unpad to establish a research-based Doctoral Program in Nursing, which is expected to enhance the quality and quantity of nursing educators, researchers, and policymakers in Indonesia, ultimately contributing to the improvement of healthcare services.

    The research-based Doctoral Program is an educational program oriented toward producing nursing scholars who are capable of developing and generating discoveries in the field of nursing science. Graduates of the doctoral nursing program are expected, at a minimum, to master the philosophy of science in the field of nursing knowledge and skills.

    Vision of the Study Program

    To become a research-based Doctoral Nursing Program that is excellent, innovative, and leading in the development of holistic nursing science and technology, supporting sustainable nursing services,continuity of carewith international competitiveness by 2036.

    Mission of the Study Program

    1. Menyelenggarakan tata kelola yang baik (good university governance) dalam pengelolaan Program Studi Doktor Keperawatan.
    2. Menyelenggarakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi secara terintegrasi berbasis riset dengan mengacu pada standar pendidikan tinggi nasional keperawatan yang mampu memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat, khususnya kebutuhan akan pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing internasional.
    3. Menyelenggarakan riset keperawatan yang inovatif dalam pengembangan ilmu dan pemecahan masalah keperawatan yang berdaya saing internasional dengan keunggulan keperawatan holistik untuk mendukung pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan (continuity of care).
    4. Menyelenggarakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis hasil riset dan pengembangan inovasi untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan masyarakat
    5. Membentuk insan akademik yang menjunjung tinggi keluhuran budaya lokal dan nasional dalam keragaman budaya dunia.
    6. Menyelenggarakan kerjasama dalam dan luar negeri untuk penguatan penyelenggaraan riset keperawatan yang inovatif.

    Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan

    The curriculum of the Doctoral Nursing Program at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran, has learning outcomes equivalent to KKNI Level 9. This aligns with Presidential Regulation No. 8 of 2012, Article 5, concerning the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), which states that learning outcomes achieved through education are considered equivalent. Graduates of the Doctoral Nursing Program are therefore expected to have learning outcomes (CP) equivalent to KKNI Level 9. Learning outcomes are defined as the abilities acquired through the internalization of knowledge, attitudes, skills, competencies, and accumulation of work experience (Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 8 of 2012, Article 1, Paragraph 2). The learning outcomes (CPL) in the 2024 Doctoral Nursing Program Curriculum at FKep are formulated in accordance with Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 3 of 2020 concerning the National Standards of Higher Education (SNPT).

    Objective
    1. Terselenggaranya manajemen kelembagaan Program Studi Doktor Keperawatan yang profesional dan akuntabel.
    2. Terselenggaranya Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi secara terintegrasi berbasis riset dengan mengacu pada standar pendidikan tinggi nasional keperawatan yang mampu memenuhi tuntutan masyarakat, khususnya kebutuhan akan pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan serta berdaya saing internasional.
    3. Terselenggaranya riset keperawatan yang inovatif dalam pengembangan ilmu dan teknologi keperawatan holistik, khususnya kebutuhan akan pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan yang berdaya saing internasional.
    4. Terselenggaranya pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis hasil riset dan pengembangan inovasi untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya kebutuhan akan pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan untuk mencapai kualitas hidup yang optimal.
    5. Terbentuknya insan akademik yang menjunjung tinggi keluhuran budaya lokal dan nasional dalam keragaman budaya dunia.
    6. Terselenggaranya kerjasama dalam dan luar negeri untuk penguatan penyelenggaraan riset keperawatan yang inovatif.

    Graduates of the Doctoral Nursing Education Program at Universitas Padjadjaran, upon completion of their studies, will be awarded the degree of Doctor of Nursing (Dr.).

    1. Researcher: Lulusan Program Studi Doktor Keperawatan  Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran mempunyai kemampuan melakukan penelitian yang unggul, inovatif dan terkemuka dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi keperawatan yang mendukung pada pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan (continuity of care) serta berdaya saing internasional.
    2. Community Leader: Lulusan Program Studi Doktor Keperawatan Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran mampu merancang tatalaksana pelayanan kesehatan berbasis bukti, yang mendukung pada pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan (continuity of care) serta berdaya saing internasional.
    3. Consultant: Lulusan Program Studi Doktor Keperawatan Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran mampu memecahkan permasalahan melalui pendekatan transdisiplin, yang mendukung pada pelayanan keperawatan yang berkelanjutan (continuity of care) serta berdaya saing internasional.
    4. Educator:  Lulusan Program Studi Doktor Keperawatan Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Padjadjaran mampu memberikan edukasi kepada mitra kerja dan masyarakat.

    1. Warga Negara Indonesia atau Warga Negara Asing yang mendapat persetujuan Kemenristekdikti atau Kemendikbud.
    2. Memiliki ijazah Pendidikan Magister atau Magister dan Spesialis yang terakreditasi oleh BAN PT/LAM-PTKes.
    3. IPK minimal 3.
    4. Memiliki Tes Kemampuan Akademik (TKA) paling sedikit 500 yang dibuktikan dengan sertifikat hasil tes yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga penyelenggara tes yang diakui Unpad dan masih berlaku maksimum 2 (dua) tahun dari tanggal dikeluarkannya sertifikat.
