Visi
Menjadi Pusat studi yang mengelola penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat tentang keperawatan berkelanjutan dengan keunggulan pada peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia pada tahun 2024
Misi
- Menyelenggarakan riset keperawatan berkelanjutan yang inovatif bersama Departemen di Fakultas Keperawatan dalam pengembangan ilmu dan pemecahan masalah keperawatan yang berdaya saing regional dengan keunggulan peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia.
- Menyelenggarakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bersama Departemen di Fakultas Keperawatan berlandaskan pada evidence terkini yang mengadopsi IPTEK dan peka budaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayan keperawatan dan kualitas hidup manusia.
- Menyelenggarakan pelatihan – pelatihan terkait metode penelitian dan literature review
- Melakukan review dan mengevaluasi poposal penelitian dosen dan mengarahkan penelitian dosen agar sesuai dengan Road map penelitian Fakultas, Departemen dan Pusdi.
- Menyelenggarakan kerjasama penelitian yang mendukung proses penelitian dosen di Fakultas Keperawatan
Program Kerja
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan kepala Departemen untuk pengembangan project continuum of care
- Menyeleksi dan menyetujui proposal yang diajukan oleh para dosen untuk hibah
- Mengevaluasi pelaksanaan penelitian yang dilakukan dosen bemerjasama dengan departemen
- Mendokumentasikan hasil – hasil penelitian dan publikasi dosen
- Membuat program untuk implementasi continuum of care sebagai pilot project
- Menjajaki kerjasama dengan stake holder untuk implementasi continuum of Care
- Monitoring dan evaluasi pilot project continuum of care

Introduction
Research Center for Innovation and Technology in Nursing as a part of Research and Collaboration Unit in the Faculty of Nursing Universitas Padjadjaran in which has been managed by DR. Iqbal Pramukti.
This sub unit means a dynamic hub for interdisciplinary research and development, dedicated to fostering innovative technological solutions that enhance nursing practice, education, and healthcare systems. The center actively collaborates with industry partners and academic units to translate scientific discoveries into practical applications for improved patient care and operational efficiency.
This sub unit includes an academic and collaborative platform that integrates nursing science, cutting-edge technology, and research-based innovations to address current healthcare challenges. The center serves as a catalyst for transformative advancements in nursing education, clinical practice, and health technology deployment through partnerships with industry and government sectors.
