Effective interventions included positive thinking therapy, family empowerment, counseling, and educational programs, all of which improved parental coping skills, emotional well-being, and knowledge about managing thalassemia care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The findings emphasize that holistic nursing approaches and continuous healthcare support are key to sustaining parental resilience and enhancing their overall quality of life.
