In response, nursing scholars Rohman Hikmat, Iyus Yosep,S.Kp.,M.Si.,M.Sc.Ph.D., and Ai Mardhiyah, S.Kp.,M.Kes, Ph.D. conducted a scoping review exploring nursing interventions designed to enhance resilience in university students during online learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This review, published in BMC Nursing (2025), analyzed 14 studies focusing on various intervention strategies, including resilience-building programs, mindfulness and yoga, positive psychology, social skills training, and simulation-based curricular approaches. These interventions demonstrated significant positive effects on students&#8217; ability to adapt to the challenges posed by online learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study also identified research gaps, such as optimal intervention duration and the need for multidisciplinary approaches, underscoring the necessity for further rigorous research.
