Led by Desy Indrayani from Universitas Padjadjaran, and colleagues from the National University of Singapore and Oslo Metropolitan University, this systematic review and meta-analysis examined 34 randomized controlled trials to evaluate the effectiveness of universal educational prevention interventions targeting adolescents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results indicate that while these interventions improve overall mental health literacy, their immediate impact on reducing depression and anxiety symptoms is modest. Specifically, a small but statistically significant reduction in depression was observed, whereas anxiety symptoms showed no significant change post-intervention.
