Led by Ratna Aryani, SKep., MKep (Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta I and PhD candidate at Universitas Indonesia), the study titled \u201cSelf-Management Support for Colorectal Cancer Survivors: A Scoping Review\u201d was published in the Belitung Nursing Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Analyzing 11 international studies, the research identifies various self-management strategies, such as digital self-monitoring, psychoeducational programs, and psychosocial support that significantly help survivors cope with long-term symptoms, reduce emotional distress, and regain quality of life.
