Led by Inggriane Puspita Dewi (Universitas \u2018Aisyiyah Bandung) and conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran, this research applied a unique approach combining Islamic spiritual practices with mindfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants who received Mindfulness-Based Asmaul Husna Therapy, incorporating musyahadah, tafakkur, and muhasabah, showed significant improvement in adaptive functioning over two months, measured with the Modified Global Assessment of Functioning (m-GAF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This research contributes directly to Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by offering a non-pharmacological, accessible mental health intervention, and to SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) by promoting culturally tailored care within underserved religious populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd17 Full paper: <a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.24198\/jkp.v12i2.2506\">http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.24198\/jkp.v12i2.2506<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mindfulness-Based Asmaul Husna Therapy Improves Functional Recovery in People with Schizophrenia A recent study published in Belitung Nursing Journal demonstrates the positive impact of a culturally grounded mindfulness program for people living with schizophrenia.
