The study synthesizes findings from 21 papers exploring perspectives of healthcare professionals and families on care during the critical final stages of life for seriously ill children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The review identifies three core elements: early assessment of the transition to end-of-life, collaborative decision-making with parents, and tailored care processes during and after the dying phase.
