Hal ini sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, adil, dan terbuka. Laporan pengaduan atau keluhan staf berkaitan dengan masalah pekerjaan ditampung melalui mekanisme yang sama dengan pelaporan tindakan gratifikasi dan atau korupsi, yaitu melalui fasilitas e-komplain, <em>Whatsapp<\/em>, ataupun disampaikan secara tertulis melalui Pusat Administrasi Fakultas (PAF).
